H.Amdt.582 - Insert after section 354 (page 69, after line 15) the following new section: SEC. 355. REITERATION OF REQUIREMENT TO SUBMIT REPORT ON TERRORISM FINANCING. Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the President, acting through the Secretary of the Treasury, shall submit to Congress the report required to be submitted under section 6303(a) of the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 (Public Law 108-458; 118 Stat. 3750).
