H.Amdt.605 - Amendment requires the Director of the Office of Performance Assessment and Root Cause Analysis ("PARCA") to include performance assessments with significant findings in its annual report as well as submission of egregious problems (as defined by the PARCA Director) to the Armed Services Committees.
