H.Amdt.624 - Amendment sought to eliminate the first round of voting in Section 2 of the bill and insert an option for Commonwealth as a fourth option to the ballot. Amendment also sought to provide for a runoff process if no option received more than 50 percent of the vote that would be between the two options that received the most votes.
