H.Amdt.665 - Amendment stipulates that, should the Secretary of Defense determine that BP or its subsidiaries performing any contract with the Department are no longer a "responsible source", the Secretary shall consider debarring BP or its subsidiaries from contracting with the Department no later than 90 days after making such determination.
