H.Amdt.726 - Amendment requires FEMA to notify local television and radio stations of proposed flood elevation determinations in addition to the current requirement of publication in prominent local newspapers and also requires FEMA to make such notifications for communities that have not yet been issued a Letter of Final Determination through the flood insurance map modernization process at the time of enactment.
