H.Amdt.739 - Page 38, line 18, before the period insert the following: ": Provided further, That of the funds made available under this heading, $9,500,000 shall be for the acquisition, construction, and alteration of up to four post-acute long-term care residential brain injury medical facilities pursuant to section 8103 of title 38, United States Code".
