H.Amdt.754 - Amendment increases funding for the Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization by $100,000 and increases funding for the Minority Business Research Center's outreach activities by $225,000 to help ensure that the small and disadvantaged business policies and goals of the Department are developed and implemented.
