H.Amdt.756 - Amendment increases funding to the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) by $20 million which is offset by a decrease of $20 million for non-personnel expenses within the Department of Housing and Urban Development. The purpose of the CDBG funding increase is to provide CDBG disaster relief and recovery funds to assist communities in the Midwest affected by the flooding that occurred during July of 2010.
