H.Amdt.1015 - Amendment inserts the text of H.R. 2273, Coal Residuals Reuse and Management Act, as passed by the House, to leave regulation and enforcement of coal combustion residuals to the States, and utilize the existing framework and requirements of federal regulatory programs for those States to follow.
