H.Amdt.107 - At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. (a) Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act (other than a provision relating to amounts required to be made available by a provision of law), divisions A and B of this Act appropriate for fiscal year 2011, for each agency for which amounts were made available (with respect to division A) ***.
