H.Amdt.1080 - At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: SEC. ___. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to implement a proposed rule for turtle excluder devices as described in the Southeast Fishery Bulletin published by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration on May 8, 2012.
