H.Amdt.109 - At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: SEC. __. None of the funds made available by division A of this Act may be used to research, develop, test, evaluate, or procure any of the following: (1) Expeditionary Fighting Vehicle. (2) Surface-Launched Advanced Medium-Range Air-to-Air Missile program.
