H.Amdt.110 - At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __X. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to enforce section 75.708 of title 34, Code of Federal Regulations, as it relates to section 5205 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 7221d).
