H.Amdt.1143 - Amendment requires that a period of 30 days elapse between the date the Secretaries of Defense and State submit to Congress an update to the report on the strategy to utilize the Pakistan Counterinsurgency Fund and Congress making the remaining 90 percent of the funds available for assistance to Pakistan.
