H.Amdt.1171 - Amendment increases the Army Corps of Engineers Construction Account for Flood Protection by $2 million and reduces the Army Corps of Engineers Administration Account for civil works programs by the same amount in an effort to demonstrate the commitment of Congress to proactively address the problems resulting from severe weather events and flooding.
