H.Amdt.128 - At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by division A of this Act for Department of Defense, Operation and Maintenance, Defense-wide may be used for official representation purposes, as defined by Department of Defense Instruction 7250.13, dated June 30, 2009.
