H.Amdt.1292 - At the end of title I (page 6, after line 6) insert the following: SEC. __. LIMITATION ON HYDRAULIC FRACTURING. No lease or other authorization may be issued under a plan required by subsection (k) of section 161 of the Energy Policy and Conservation Act, as amended by section 102 of this Act, for the conduct of any activity related to hydraulic fracturing within 1,000 feet of a primary or secondary school.
