H.Amdt.135 - At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to pay any employee, contractor, or grantee of the Internal Revenue Service to implement or enforce the provisions of, or amendments made by, Public Laws 111-148 and 111-152.
