H.Amdt.1408 - At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to enter into a contract for UH-60 Leak Proof Drip Pans using procedures other than competitive procedures (as defined in section 2302(2) of title 10, United States Code).
