H.Amdt.1430 - Amendment sought to reduce the appropriations made in title IX by $12,670,355,000. The reduction would not apply to the following accounts: 1) Afghanistan Security Forces Fund; 2) Defense Health Program; 3) Drug Interdiction and Counter-Drug Activities, Defense; 4) Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Fund; and 5) Office of the Inspector General.
