H.Amdt.1437 - At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: SEC.__. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to enter into a contract with any person or other entity listed in the Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity Information System (FAPIIS) as having been convicted of fraud against the Federal Government.
