H.Amdt.164 - At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: SEC. ___. No funds made available by this Act may be used to modify the national primary ambient air quality standard or the national secondary ambient air quality standard applicable to coarse particulate matter under section 109 of the Clean Air Act.
