H.Amdt.212 - Amendment ensures that airports in Puerto Rico are apportioned grants under the Airport Improvement Program (AIP) no differently than grants are apportioned to other airports within the United States and also ensures that the Secretary will not be precluded from making project grants to airports in Puerto Rico from the discretionary fund under AIP.
