H.Amdt.221 - Amendment prohibits implementation by the FAA of a new rule interpretation so far as it relates to air ambulances and air cargo charter pilot rest requirements and sets the interpretation of the regulatory structure of medical charter flights to the status which was in place as of January 1, 2011.
