H.Amdt.328 - Page 548, after line 8, add the following new section: SEC. 1115. TERMINATION OF HUMAN, SOCIAL, AND CULTURE BEHAVIOR (HSCB) MODELING PROGRAM. Effective as of October 1, 2011, or the date of the enactment of this Act, whichever is later, the program of the Department of Defense commonly known as the Human, Social, and Culture Behavior (HSCB) Modeling Program is terminated.
