H.Amdt.397 - Amendment sought to make available by this Act (other than an amount required to be made available by a provision of law, amounts made available for U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and amounts made available for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement) is hereby reduced by 10 percent.
