H.Amdt.465 - Amendment prohibits the use of funds by the CFTC to promulgate any final rules under the Commodity Exchange Act as added by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act until 12 months after the promulgation of final swap transaction reporting rules under the Commodity Exchange Act.
