H.Amdt.480 - At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following new section: SEC. __. None of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available by this Act may be used to pay the salaries and expenses of personnel to carry out a market access program under section 203 of the Agricultural Trade Act of 1978 (7 U.S.C. 5623).
