H.Amdt.559 - At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: SEC.___. Not more than $200,000,000 of the funds provided by title IX under the heading "Operation and Maintenance, Army" may be available for the Commander's Emergency Response Program, and the amount otherwise provided under such heading is hereby reduced by $200,000,000.
