H.Amdt.563 - At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: SEC.___. The total amount of appropriations made available by this Act is hereby reduced by $8,500,000,000, not to be derived from amounts of appropriations made available-- (1) by title I ("Military Personnel"); (2) under the heading "Defense Health Program" in title VI ("Other Department of Defense Programs"); or (3) by title IX ("Overseas Contingency Operations").
