H.Amdt.664 - Page 62, after line 2, insert the following new section: SEC. 609. None of the funds provided in this Act may be expended by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to issue a draft supplemental environmental impact statement (SEIS) for Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant, Units 1 and 2.
