H.Amdt.782 - Amendment sought to strike the requirement that for charter schools to qualify for grants, they must be open and available to students that fall within all of the following 4 categories: economically disadvantaged students; students from major racial and ethnic groups; students with disabilities; and students with limited English proficiency.
