H.Amdt.788 - Amendment inserts sense of Congress language which encourages the Secretary of Homeland Security, in consultation with the Director of National Intelligence, to integrate the intelligence-sharing capabilities of fusion centers and leverage participation from all intelligence, law enforcement and homeland security agencies to prevent acts of terrorism against the United States in a manner consistent with the Constitution.
