H.Amdt.945 - Page 954, after line 19, insert the following: SEC. 17603. LAND AND WATER CONSERVATION FUND LOCKBOX. Nothing in this subtitle reduces the amount of revenues received by the United States under oil and gas leases of areas of the Outer Continental Shelf that is available for deposit into the Land and Water Conservation Fund.
