H.Amdt.957 - Amendment clarifies that the contract provisions for the Central Valley Project must be in conformity with the Act of July 2, 1956 which amended the Reclamation Projects Act of 1939; clarifies that four CALFED surface water projects are authorized as long as non-Federal fincancing is used; and makes several technical changes to the bill.
