H.Amdt.239 - An amendment numbered 6 printed in Part B of House Report 113-131 to stipulate that no later than 60 days after the date of enactment of H.R. 2231, the Secretary of the Interior shall issue rules to provide more clarity, certainty, and stability to the revenue streams contemplated by the Gulf of Mexico Energy Security Act of 2006.
