H.Amdt.543 - An amendment numbered 1 printed in Part B of House Report 113-340 to remove the subsidy to agricultural loans and require that interest be repaid on the capital costs of a project. Currently, agriculture has 40 years to repay capital cost, interest free. Other constituencies, such as municipal entities, are required by law to pay interest.
