H.Amdt.807 - An amendment to prohibit use of funds to approve a new foreign air carrier permit or exemption application under U.S. law of an air carrier already holding an air operators certificate issued by a country that is party to the U.S.-E.U.-Iceland-Nor ay Air Transport Agreement where such approval would contravene U.S. law or the Agreement.
