H.Amdt.809 - An amendment to allow unobligated funds made available to a State in FY 2010 for the Interstate Maintenance Discretionary program under section 118(c) of title 23, U.S.C. as in effect on the day before the date of enactment of the Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act to be made available to the State upon request.
