H.Amdt.986 - An amendment to increase funding for Water and Related Natural Resources Operation and Maintenance grants and programs for State and Local governments and federally recognized Indian tribes by $10 million and to reduce funding for Renewable Energy Construction by $7 million and Salaries and Expenses of DOE by $6 million.
