H.Amdt.1067 - An amendment to prohibit the use of funds to pay any bonus or monetary award under chapter 45 of 53 of title 5, United States Code, to an employee of the Chief Business Office of the Department of Veterans Affairs who is responsible for processing emergency medical care claims until the percentage of emergency medical care claims processed within 30 days reached 90 percent.
