H.Amdt.108 - An amendment to decrease and then increase funding for military construction, army, by $1; to increase funding for VHA medical services by $154,643,000; to increase funding for medical support and compliance by $69,691,000; to increase funding for medical facilities by $105,132,000; to increase funding for Departmental Administration by $10 million; to increase funding for information technology systems by $95 million; increase funding for major project construction by $582 million; and to strike Secs. 233, 238 and 240, each of which provides for a recession of funds.
