S.Amdt.1104 - To establish a deficit-neutral reserve funds relating to imposing sanctions with respect to foreign persons responsible for gross violations of internationally recognized human rights or significant acts of corruption and to encourage the Secretary of State to add additional names to the Magnitsky List.
