H.Amdt.127 - An amendment to prohibit funds to be used to pay any bonus or monetary award under chapter 45 or 53 or title 5, United States Code, to an employee of the Chief Business Office of the Department of Veterans Affairs who is responsible for processing emergency medical care claims until the percentage of emergency medical care claims processed within 30 days reaches 90 percent.
