H.Amdt.128 - An amendment to add a new section to the end of the bill revising amounts provided by the bill by reducing the amount made available for Department of Veterans Affairs- Departmental Administration- Information Technology Services and by increasing the amount made available for Veterans Health Administration- Medical Services by $2,000,000.
