H.Amdt.1322 - At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: SEC.___. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to develop, propose, finalize, implement or enforce the rule entitled "Management of Non-Federal Oil and Gas Rights" and published by the United States Fish and Wildlife Service on December 11, 2015 (80 Fed Reg. 77200), or any rule of the same substance.
