H.Amdt.1325 - At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: SEC.___. (a) None of the funds made available by this Act under the heading "Environmental Programs and Management" may be used for the Office of Congressional and Intergovernmental Relations of the Environmental Protection Agency. (b) The amount otherwise provided by this Act for "Environmental Programs and Management" is hereby reduced by $4,235,000.
