H.Amdt.1327 - At the end of the bill (before the short title) insert the following: SEC.___. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to implement, administer, or enforce the draft technical report entitled "Protecting Aquatic Life from Effects of Hydrologic Alteration" published by the Environmental Protection Agency and the United States Geological Survey on March 1, 2016 (81 Fed. Reg. 10620).
