H.Amdt.1328 - At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: SEC.___. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used by the Environmental Protection Agency to develop, finalize, promulgate, implement, administer, or enforce any rule under section 112 of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7412) that applies to glass manufacturers that do not use continuous furnaces.
