H.Amdt.132 - An amendment under the General Operating Expenses, Veterans Benefits Administration account for FY 2016 may be used by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to provide discretionary competitive grants for State and local governments to establish or expand technology systems that develop a coordinated network of private, public and nonprofit services and resources to better serve veterans and their family members.
